You have 3 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it within 2 days the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 2 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Specific categories like Twinkling rope, Hand sparklers,Rockets and throw bombs.
  4. Any item which has been used or installed and has No proof of defect or dissatisfied performance.
  5. Anything missing from the package you've received including labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy

When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.

Items that fall into the below product types-

  • Used or fired crackers.
  • Requested placed after 3 days of delivered date.
  • twinkling ropes.
  • Hand stick and sparklers.
  • Fire stick/Oodhupathi.  i.e., stick used to lit/fire crackers and firework threads.
  • Rockets.
  • Pop Pops or Mini throw bombs.

Also, any fireworks/cracker items that are used or installed cannot be returned unless Proof/images/videos that clearly shows the dissatisfied product performance or defects during delivery and usage.

1. Open/Register a account with us. If already a customer login.

2. After Login See the top Menu bar section and select -> "Chit Funds".

3. You can see a list of plans available to apply in online mode. Select your best suited plan (10 & 4 months plans are available.)

4. And click "select plan".

5. After plan selection you will be taken to details page of the plan.

6. click "PAY Now" button It will take you to the payment section.

7.Make a payment and share your payment proof.  after successful payment submission.

8. GO to Dashboard=>ChitFund Plans. you can check , track the status of your ChitFund payments, transactions and pay the dues.

3. Then enter your phone number that you used on your Seettu attai/Chit card that you got from us when paying your first due.

4. Then click "SUBMIT".

5. Now you can see your transactions, status, payment , plan details and can also make payment for your next due.

6. Or call us 8973331444/9367771010 to make a payment.

7. After payment we will check and upload the details online ASAP. You can track it from your device.

5. Now you can see "ADD PAYMENT TO YOUR CHIT/PAY NEXT DUE" buttone click it and make payment for your next due.

6. Once we verify your payment. The payment status will change to "Completed".

7. After payment we will check and upload the details online ASAP. You can track it from your device.
